Responsible, most helpful and understanding people., they provided a loaner car which was clean, inside and out, even do they did not have the required part made an arrangement and were able to finished the job on time as promised.

I am sorry I purchase from this location as far as I am concerned nothing cover my warrenty and was told it’s not a new car I bought so I don’t know why the give warranty

Professional service in and out!! Would recommend to a friend, I always look forward to the video they send me showing my car and what they are checking. Always pick it up with a clean car!!

To cut this short, I understand going to a dealership you will be paying an arm and leg for labor, and all the parts are tripled in price, however me spending just about $3,100 for one headlight and receiving my car with 3 new scratches on it is unacceptable. Furthermore initially one of the representatives stated I wouldn’t have to pay the diagnostic fee If I actually opted in on getting the work done, miraculously it shows up on my invoice with the work I agreed to have done. I had to request it basically be taken off. I bought my car here 6 years ago and the service used to be better. Now it’s all greed and about money every second. Unfortunately this will be my last time utilizing this dealership after this experience. Also the representative didn’t inform me that my credit card would be charged $500 for a loaner and I’m still waiting to see if I will be credited that back as well.

It was an outstanding buying experience with the entire team at Mercedes-Benz of Orange County, NY. From the moment I walked into the showroom, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Victor was excellent from the start. After I found the vehicle online, he contacted me immediately and provided a wealth of information. In person, he took the time to walk me through all of the vehicle’s features thoroughly and patiently. He also followed up afterward to ensure I had no additional questions or needed anything further — a true professional who is genuinely customer service oriented. I truly appreciate the entire staff. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly focused on delivering a first-class customer experience. Having purchased many vehicles over the years, I’ve often found the process stressful and unpleasant, which made me hesitant to visit dealerships. Mercedes-Benz of Orange County completely changed that perception.
