They tried to sell me a car with an illegally filled out

They tried to sell me a car with an illegally filled out state safety report, lied about it, and then once I mentioned an attorney they bullied me into bringing the car back instead of resolving the issue. Stay far far away! They will most likely respond saying this isnt true, but i have the proof.

Recently purchased a new GV70.

Recently purchased a new GV70. Salesperson Brady was great, very informative low pressure sale. Made us feel that much more at ease with the purchase. The entire process was as quick and easy as it could be. Love the new ride so far.

Dropped my car off over two months ago for a faulty

Dropped my car off over two months ago for a faulty camera on driver side mirror. My mirror was recently replaced by them and now the camera would go blank and not work. Was told they fixed that problem but when they did it caused my whole screen display to go blank and won’t turn on. They replaced the front harness and still nothing. Now going on week 13 without my car and no plan on when i will get it back. Never again will I buy a Genesis or recommend it to others.

No integrity

Would not buy from this dealer. New car manager promised to hold a car for me while we were negotiating final details, Two days passed. He got a better offer and immediately sold the car without even contacting me.

They lied about the price of the car.

I live 160 miles from the dealership. They had a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing and I was willing to drive the distance to make the purchase. I had an email conversation with the salesperson and was given the vehicle price in writing. I arranged to meet the following morning to take a test drive. I fully expected to buy the vehicle for the price I was quoted. When the salesperson came back with the written offer, the vehicle was $6000 more than the price I was quoted. Needless to say the deal fell through. I wasted an entire day, a day off work, and a tank of gas because I was totally misled about the actual price of the car. This is not a simple misunderstanding. I have the quote IN WRITING. Nothing was verbal. I feel somehow this way of doing business cannot be legal. I’m 65 years old and have never had a more negative experience at a car dealership.

Easy Purchase Experience

I recently purchased a new G70 from this dealership. The whole process was about as pleasant as a new car purchase can be. The salesperson Amanda, did a fantastic job reviewing all the car's features and helped me set up and personalize the vehicle. The Finance Manager, Tony, was clear and concise with all the documents.

Happy with the experience

No pressure experience. I felt Alex G. had incredible knowledge of the cars and was able to answer all of my questions. I purchased a new G80 and am exceptionally pleased with it.
