Linda is great to work with. Always responsive and helpful. I was surprised the vehicle wasn’t detailed, in a basic manner (vacuum and wash) at a minimum.

They worked with me on multiple occasions to get the proper parts installed on my 996. I purchased the car with some incomplete modifications, and the shop went above and beyond to help me get the car up to Porsche standards. Thanks everyone!

Linda in Service handled every one of the issues with my Cayenne S, along with dealing with the warranty company without me experiencing any headaches at all. She communicated along every step of the way, explaining exactly what was being done along with any issues that they encountered. She provided me with a brand new Macan as a loaner car as well. The technicians who worked on my car were outstanding as well, and were able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all issues at hand. This dealership truly cars about their customers as well as their customer's cars. They've 100% EARNED my business as long as I ever own a Porsche.

Linda is great. She is very helpful and friendly. However I have had nothing but trouble with my new car since I purchased it. Going back into shop 4th time. Been in shop total of 29 days in 16 months. Not real impressed with Porsche.
