Stacy is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. She answered all questions to my satisfaction. Also very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a car.

Went to Criswell CDJR in hopes of trading my Hyundai in for a new Dart! The entire team went above and beyond to assist and make our purchase hassle and stress free! Caroline is very knowledgeable and helped us with all the technical details of this highy sophisticated PHEV. Bill Devine, sales manager, took time to explain the transaction in great detail. We did not feel pressured at all. Jeff Duncan, Finance Manager, reviewed all of our options and was great in helping us make the decision to lease! And even though it was a busy Saturday, Doug Martin, General Manager, took time to come and greet us and thank us for our business! I HIGHLY recommend Criswell CDJR if you want to be treated with respect and feel valued as a customer!

Anthony assisted us on buying a new car recently. He wasn't our salesman but since we purchased a new car and a used car, he assisted us with the new car process. He was very nice and professional! He was extremely knowledgeable of the new car and process needed to get us out the door fast. If you're in the market for new car, I highly recommend Anthony

Friendly, however, nice is easy. I wanted very much to get an honest deal, and to find the place where I would want to return. I am deeply loyal and love to find a spot I can go to and not bother with the shopping around xx. First, the online price was nowhere close to the actual price I ended up paying (yes, I bought the car, it had been hard to find the one I was looking for - shame on me). Then the pricing was laid out by a sales manager, but some of the rebates were then not included in finance. When reviewing my paperwork, I found the discrepancy - but I had already signed so when I called the next day they were dismissive, expected to "trust" that I got them (but the math just didn't math). The salesperson followed up maybe a week later, then again another week or so later - certainly a nice touch. He was going to check on the status of my tags, but I never heard back. So, I emailed with two questions and once again no reply. All in all, very disheartening experience.

I've been buying cars every two years at the same place, a place that knows a loyal customer turns you more profit in the long run. I came to Criswell only because I was changing make, one that I plan to stick with based on how much I love this car. Really, I think most of us hope for similar thing - a fair deal, a pleasant experience and none of the bullshit that stereotypes tell us to expect. At least I got a pleasant enough experience.

Stacy did a great job. No playing around. Got trade info quick and done deal in 2 hrs. I would tell anyone to go see her. And Jeff always does a great job too. I have bought 2 vehicles from them and taking care of both times.No pressure at all there.

Salesman was great, they got in the vehicle i wanted that was at one of their other branches making it easier for me since Criswell of Thurmont was closer. Finance team was clear and easy to deal with
