Found a vehicle on this lot that I wanted to get numbers on before I made the 2.5 hr trip. Initially, Joel was working on my trade but stopped following up. I called the finance department to see what the full loan amount would be so I can shop my local banks. Unfortunately, Michael Horn was the finance manager that I had to deal with and he would not give me the full loan amount. He basically wanted me to finance through them and kept insisting he would "beat" my rates. Granted, he was not the finance manager that Joel worked with but the guy kept pushing me to come to the dealership and would not help me at all. Diesel is not cheap and I don't want to risk a trip that could turn out a bust. Plus, I don't want to deal with all the xx of multiple hard credit pulls when I can find local banks in my area that can give me a good deal. 3 stars for Joel for helping me but ghosting, 1 star for Michael Horn for being unhelpful, rude, and inconsiderate. These guys will absolutely push you to finance with them.

About my car on December 13th 2025 and now I can't get them to respond to me because my inner fender is missing and I can't get them to even call me back this makes a second vehicle I bought I bought one in April and I took it back three times to get something done and then I just traded it in the fourth time to this vehicle that I've had 13 days thank you Shirley Brown. I am very disappointed in Jason Lewis of Sparta Tennessee.

Poor dealership, purchased my jeep from them used. One month later bang check engine light. Take it back to them to see what the issue is, they sent me a email with the cost for repairs, the email they sent told me my pricing was 79.00 for checking the vehicle. Once I arrived to pick it up it was 168.00. Got them to honor the original price. They wanted over 2000.00 for repairs. One coil pack 600.00 valve covers leaking blah blah. Took it to another dealer and saved myself a lot of money and headaches. They cant even do a frontend alignment. This is my second vehicle from them, the first one they tried to keep 800.00 from my trade in. Lemons sold here. xxxx poor company STAY AWAY!!!!!

I bought a used truck from Jason Lewis in Crossville. I have been extremely dissatisfied with the truck. When I first got home I discovered that the tail gate and the rear flip up seats didn't work. I called and asked if they could fix it and I was told well I can see if the garage will fix it. About three weeks after the purchase the radiator began leaking. I fixed it myself and found that the o-ring in the radiator hose T-connector was missing. About two weeks later the windshield wipers broke i had to replace the wiper switch. About 2 months after purchase the truck broke down, the transmission would no longer work the truck would not go into gear. I had to have it towed to my house and I haven't been able to drive the truck I bought couple months ago, for about three weeks. It seems to me that they did not do any type of check on the truck before selling the truck. I did not have a good experience. Based on my experience I would not recommend anyone buy from Jason Lewis.
