DJ found my new truck so my birthday trip was a huge success. He originally sold me my 2025 Ford F-350 Lariat—and it was an awesome truck. I received compliments on it everywhere I went. Unfortunately, with under 30,000 miles, the turbocharger went out, and I was told it could take at least three weeks to fix. The timing couldn’t have been worse. I had a trip planned the following Thursday for my 70th birthday with my truck and trailer, with about $1,200 already paid in campground reservations. That’s when DJ really stepped up. Once we realized a turbocharger wasn’t available anywhere, he went to work finding a solution. He even drove to Wisconsin to pick up a 2026 F-350 King Ranch and brought it back to St. Charles so I wouldn’t miss my trip. That’s going above and beyond—that’s someone who truly cares about his customers. DJ didn’t just sell me a great truck—he stood behind me when it mattered most and made sure my trip still happened. If you’re working with DJ, you’re in the right hands.

Kathy in the service department was excellent to work with. She kept me informed every step of the way and was always upfront about what was going on. Even though a replacement turbocharger wasn’t available, she truly did everything she could to try and locate one so I wouldn’t have to replace my truck. Unfortunately, there just wasn’t a turbo available anywhere, and I ultimately ended up purchasing another F-350 from DJ, who has helped me with several vehicles over the years. I also want to point out that Kathy and the commercial side of the service department deserve more recognition. They do a fantastic job, and it’s surprising they’re not highlighted more—they are a valuable part of the team and should absolutely be acknowledged.

When I first walked into the dealership, I spoke with Nick. We took the Mustang GT convertible for a ride. At that moment, I was not ready to purchase however, even just that experience with Nick kept lingering in the back of my mind how great it was to speak with Nick with no pressure. As I thought about it, I came back to the following weekend and thank goodness the Mustang was still there. I asked Nick if it would be OK if we took the stickers off because I couldn’t really see out of the front window. I know it was extra work and there were a lot of them, but he was so happy to do it. He was so kind throughout the process that I was over the moon about purchasing my Mustang and the experience that Nick gave to me and the guy who helped us with the deal and our finance guy could not have been nicer. I will call the finance guy the Harley guy. It was probably the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle and I have had many. I am very happy to do this review because my experience was incredible. I was also blown away when I received two really cool coffee cups with the best brownie cookies ever and thank goodness they came with the recipe because I can’t wait to make them I cannot say enough about the dealership and Nick we had so much fun doing the deal. I would love to give my sincere gratitude to Nick for the kindness he showed me.

Next to zero communication from my service advisor. No explanation for needed repair. My truck came back with finger prints all over my mirror and touch screen. Also received a quote from quick lane for a tune up prior to making this service appointment. The quote from my service advisor was nearly $150.00 more than what quick lane had quoted for the same tune up
