Vins has been a huge help to me getting the car that I have always wanted. But to be more specific I would like to give a special S/o to Hisham because he’s an excellent salesman. He took care of me and made sure everything was right for me. He stayed late to help me after his shift was over, and he even helped to make sure my deal and car was right for ME! Thanks Sham!

Just purchased the car that I wanted. I called to see if the vehicle I wanted and Kyle started my process right over the phone. He had the car right out front when I arrived so I could do my test drive. Of course I fell in love and made my purchase. Everyone was great!

Bought a 2021 model 3 performance. Experience was quick and easy. Salesman Hisham was very helpful.

My contact at VINS DC was David and he was professional and courteous. I did not buy from VINS DC because I wasn't in the market for a vehicle with a buy-back title. He did try to make the case that over time, the diminished value today would be lessened over time but my own research looking at vehicles with buy back titles shows the loss is simply carried down with the expected depreciation, so it keeps further reducing the value of those cars.

I am here at vins right now i purchased a car from here last Thursday. I live in Richmond va on the ride home hour Half out my horn stop working, and the cat started shuddering, I called back immediately. I told them it felt like the transmission was slipping already on the car. They tell me that it’s basically my problem. Mind you on the web site it says chose them because they have a theee say return policy. A day after that the heat goes out in my car. I paid a good amount for my car. They were eager to get my money and had great service the day of the buy. Soon as I pulled off the lot they could have cared less about me as a customer. I’m here now trying to fight to get my money back for the lemon they have sold me!! Word of advise don’t come shop here for a car, they will sell you anything to get it off their lot. Soon as you put the money and their hand it’s like they don’t know you. I else where I’d you need a reliable car especially if you have young kids, that have to travel with you in your car.

I purchased my Audi Q7 from Vins. Great customer service, no overly pushy sales people, and were quick with everything. I test drive and purchased my vehicle in less than three hours. Over all it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone!

A great car buying experience. Kyle was super easy to deal with, and the buying process itself was super fast - I was able to test drive the vehicle and do all the paperwork in less than 2 hours...which compared to every one of my previous car buying experiences is incredibly short. They make everything easy, and are super nice along the way.

I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to purchase a car front them. They falsify carfax reports and sell wrecked vehicles for like me premiums. People work hard for there money and want to be treated fairly. Why can’t used car dealers treat people with respect.

I would like to personally thank Louis, I have purchased a 2021 Kia K5 GT Line. Louis made my car purchase experience outstanding. Louis went above and beyond to meet my needs. Louis was very honest and patient with me. He explained everything in a way I understood. He was able to over meet my needs and I couldn't be more happier!!! Would I purchase another car with Louis. YES!

Great experience working with Jonathan Jackson at VINS purchasing a Land Rover Discovery. Quality vehicles, no pressure sales...they even have a great warranty program. Highly recommended!
