I recently purchased a vehicle from VINSDC, and i must say that it was simply the best experience I have had. The initial inquiry via text on a Sunday was expeditiously answered concerning the availability of the vehicle. We immediately made an appointment for that afternoon to view, and test drive the vehicle. i was met by Ahmad and his staff Charm and Eli who were all consummate professionals. The vehicle was in immaculate condition optically and mechanically. The Mercedes S580 was exactly what I was looking for and I made the decision to purchase. Once a delivery schedule was made, they even sent a car to pick me up at my residence to make the deal complete. Their attention to detail regarding this experience was beyond reproach. Charm and Eli and my German subject matter expert (I have forgotten his name already..sorry buddy) really made the car buying experience hassle free and pleasurable. Additionally, to top things off, they gave me a military/veterans discount. I am recommending my friends to consider this boutique dealership for any high-end vehicles they may be considering. I Inquired about a vehicle they had available online. I noticed a accident on the CARFAX so I asked what that was about. The reply was every car undergoes a strict inspection, so don’t worry about anything. After using another car check site it was sold at a auction labeled as structural damage. Dealerships should disclose this information. The response was it does not show on CARFAX so it’s not true. Very sketchy interaction beware!

Couldn't get a deal done, but they were fast and efficient to work through everything to try to make it happen.

Purchased the car, pulled off the lot and realized the low tire pressure light was on. Had to find a station to put air in when I got home. When signing paperwork for the car I asked if it had two key cards. The sales manager said that Tesla only gives one key card for the new cars so they only had one to give me. Further research shows all new Tesla cars are sold with two key cards. Interpret that statement as you wish. I purchased 2 cards from Tesla for $35.00. The front license plate holder that they installed is loose. Two screws were put on top of the bracket none on the bottom needless to say the bracket flops around. I’ll have to add a screw or two to the bottom of the bracket. Going away for a period of time trying to get a status on my plates. Left texts to the sales person David asking for the status and if I could have them expedited I would’ve paid for the extra cost. I haven’t heard back from David as of yet. Took the car for inspection the license plate light was not lit I had to get that repaired. Cable issue not bulbs. I don’t understand how it could’ve passed Virginia inspection prior to them selling it to me when license plate lights are part of the inspection. Bottom line is, Not at all satisfied with the Integrity of the dealership and quality of the customer service. As for the car love the car works great.

I recently made a purchase here at VINS and the experience was like not ever before I mean my sales Guy Louis was Great! He kept his word for everything he told me, once it was my day to pick my car up it was the quickest process ever! Thanks to the fiance manager Eli because I couldn't get my insurance that day he over heard the conversation and was like its ok because she already has insurance on another vehicle so on my way I went in my new car.
