Thank you guy for the upgrade went from a 2018 to a 2022 thank you soooo much the entire staff is amazing from the sales people to managers they were swift and made the process super easy thank you victory would recommend cliff and the entire team 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service.

This place is a complete waste of time.

This place is a complete waste of time. I worked in used car sales so I'm familiar with the business and the tactics so I will go straight to the point. The prices shown online are all fake, they hope to make their money on the back end (dealer fees and such). To their credit they do mention this in their ads (which they will quickly point out), however they also mention in the same print that fees can be confirmed by calling (which I did). I wanted to buy the car cash and was told multiple times by 2 different people over the phone that the only fees are 175 doc fee and tax/title/registration. I made the appointment for 2 days later, and when I arrived the car wasn't "ready" (why make an appointment if a car wasn't ready) and also the certified check that I got from the bank wasn't going to be close to the final price because it didn't include the additional fees (you know those fees that didn't exist when I called multiple times over the phone but magically exist when you are there in person). The people you talk to on the phone are not sales people and are there to say what they need to in order to get a butt in a chair. Do yourself a huge favor and skip over the artifical price as they will lie to you on the phone and waste your time. I know enough that I was able to get out of the dealership within 15 mins after I saw the tactics... hopefully this review saves other people from making the same mistake.

Thank you for taking the time to write a generic response. You want to take my concern seriously? Cut the crap, stop posting artificially low prices, and for heaven's sake grow a soul and stop wasting people's time. If someone calls you asking point blank what are your fees... stop lying and making your employees bare the brunt of pissed off customers. Your dealership embodies everything that is wrong with car sales and is why people would rather get a root canal than buy a car (my apologies to all the amazing dentists out there).

This dealership was probably one of the worst dealership

This dealership was probably one of the worst dealership experiences I've had. Called multiple times to verify if a vehicle was still in the lot. Last night and the morning of my appointment. Called and was told over the phone before my appointment that the vehicle was pulled off the website due to having an appointment with me and it's still available. I show up and was told that the vehicle was sold the day before and that the lady I spoke with initially works at a call center disconnected from the location. I was told that a similar car was for sale, and it was going to be $8,000 more than what it was listed for online. After confirming with the staff.... that car was listed online for 20,120 but had a sticker price of 26,120 after adding about $6,000 of additives that the dealerships add that are non removable items. This just wouldn't make sense to me but, as they mentioned all of their cars have about $6,000 of pre-installed items that are not removable and this boggles my mind as this makes no sense to me. A consumer should be able to choose for items like this and it makes 0 sense why a vehicle is online for $6000 less than what the sticker price shows in person. Wasted 3 hours.

I have sent multiple inquiries online asking for more Information on a vehicle. I also emailed an employee at the dealership requesting Information. 4 total emails. Zero responses. And no their isn’t any emails from the dealership in my spam. This dealership has no interest in selling vehicles and has the worst communication of any dealership I’ve dealt with. Horrible.
