Chris Ferguson was fabulous. We did not plan on being at the dealership all day, but Chris made it so easy. No one looks forward to buying a car but I know that with Chris they wouldn’t mind one bit. Everyone at Stone Mountain Toyota treated us great and really knows how to operate. They are definitely a dealership I would work with again. Great place to do business.

I was in an accident, not my fault and needed a replacement car ASAP. Salesperson David was patient and answered all my questions and the answers he didn't know he retrieved them in a timely manner. David made a stressful situation become a calm plus enjoyable experience, thank you much! I have shared recommendations to others to shop here. Manager Junior helped guide me from a gently used vehicle to a new one for not much more cost which of course is an appreciated accommodation! Derak in finance was thorough and kind in explaining car payment plans plus extra warranty offers for my vehicle to be covered from bumper to bumper with a cheerful professionalism! I have had Toyotas which have lasted many miles and years and excited to have acquired a Toyota Corolla Cross LE which will surely be a part of my life for a long time. I look forward to getting maintenance done when needed in the trusted service department. Thank you to the team at Stone Mountain Toyota! You were my first lot I went to and I'm very pleased with my experience, appreciate it!

My sales guy was Jab and he was great. The issue I had was that when I got the vehicle the following morning I noticed the vehicle was not detailed upon purchasing it was like it was only ran on a automatic car wash and noticed the tint bubbling but the worst part of all this was that I purchased a certified vehicle and the service maintenance light came on 3 days later. Sounds like vehicle never actually went to the service department for a proper service/inspection like it was stated on the initial purchased price fees. After calling and texting for multiple days no one texting me back or called.

Great at serving cars but do not leave anything valuable in vehicle. My husband’s smart glasses were tucked away in the center cubby and they disappeared during our visit.

No sales .. I would not recommend service. 3.5 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Plastic seat cover left on seat.. did not put my key card back in the key cover I had to search for it in my car. I was not happy with the result. However the service rep was kind.
