The service department is a 5 star. Always very knowledgeable and ready to help. I took my car I. For an oil change and it need other service and they were on top of it. It?s always nice when it?s all free.

I believe this place was xx. I went in after pre-approval, yes I know it does not mean guarantee from a bank. Yet I was told some false information which caused a huge ordeal so I called and complained regarding my experience. They claim to help all credit levels yet did not even try to get me into a car, then after complaint ran me through one bank and never heard back from them.

Worst place to purchase a vehicle General Sales Manager is Rude and Condescending and has absolutely NO Respect for anyone. Wouldn't suggest this dealership to anyone. No-one deserves to be treated the way he treats people.

The place really sucks wouldn’t recommend anybody buying a vehicle from them. They don’t stand by the status. I referred people over to them and they never gave me $100 that they promised and besides that they did not go back on their words on the card that I had purchased I wouldn’t recommend anybody buying James Mitsubishi and Rome the worst car dealership I ever been attended
