She was very prompt in replying to our request, and leading up to our appointment, she gathered information about our interests and preferences so that we could make the most of our time. We ultimately compared a GLB and a GLC and during our test drives, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and objective in what the two models would deliver side-by-side. Additionally, during the buying process, there were no games or gimmicks. She provided information on the current manufacturer promotion, we quickly arrived at an appropriate sale price that was at market value and then were provided with different financing options.
