I made a mistake and went to the wrong location for my

I made a mistake and went to the wrong location for my schedule servicing. I am new to the area and did not realize their were two dealerships. Well I could not have been treated any better. The service department made accommodations and fit me in and notified the other dealership for me. I was treated so well and the added bonus are the massage chairs to be used while awaiting. GREAT JOB!!!!

Scott Halpern —Let’s start by saying I just made a call about an suv for my daughter and he literally sat in the vehicle with me on the phone going in full detail about it and sending multiple pics and videos making sure we didn’t drive 3 hrs to be shocked or dissatisfied with what I saw when we arrived. He went above and beyond to make sure it was on the showroom floor with a bow on it when we arrived . Total professional and the dealership was flawless as you should expect from Mercedes’. It doesn’t matter if you purchase a 70 thousand dollar vehicle or a 270 thousand dollar vehicle you always are treated like royalty. Again Thanks for a smooth and easy purchase Scott Halpern and we will be back .
