Johnyae Harris is an amazing salesmen who made sure I was satisfied with my purchase in every way possible. He made sure he showed me all of the cars perks and took a gentle approach to all questions I had. After dealing with a lot of odd dealerships he was truly a breath of fresh air.

My car through and alternate dealership had an engine failure, it was picked up and shipped to Hyundai and ended up with a full engine swap AND delivered back to my driveway at no cost to me. Absolutely phenomenal!!

I Leased a Tucson-from here and had a great experience. I worked with Alex and he fantastic. He did not push me to buy and wanted to make sure that I got what I really wanted for the price I wanted I. Would definitely work with him again!

The service department, particularly Craig, helped us work through a difficult issue with our vehicle. The car is now running great and he was easy to work with and coordinate with.

Just bought my first brand new car (2026 Tucson) from Hyundai West Allis! My sales associate, Alex was great! He was very patient and informative. I had an amount I was willing to go to, Alex and Don the GM made it happen for me. They weren’t pushy, were very kind and extremely helpful. Phoenix in financing was awesome too! Everyone that helped with my sale was phenomenal. The vehicles are all nice and fancy and can pretty much sell themselves. The quality customer service, is how they got my business. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to everyone I know!

Wow- I’m SO pleased with my service. Ryan Nickolas and whoever helped him did an incredible job helping me with my 2019 Hyundai Tucson. Ryan stayed on the phone with me listening to my concerns and answering a thousand questions I had about my oil consumption. He was straight up with me about any possibilities after already throwing $400 into the issue at a different place and was very tentative to find a solution if possible. I will leave it at that but I am so thankful of his clarity and the work that was done on our vehicle. Will be back and will recommend to friends! Get him a raise if possible!!
