We've purchased two cars from Budds Cadillac in the last year. Each time the experience has been exceptional. Bill Coombe is the standout, however. And excellent and honest salesman, who provides exceptional service even AFTER the car has been purchased. So many dealerships give you the run around once they've 'got the sale' but not Bill and Budds Cadillac. I'll recommend Bill and this dealership to anyone who asks!

Been going to Budd’s since 2016 since I bought my first North American car. Mainly because the staff in the service department, especially because of Shane the previous manager and Juan the current manager. Both are the most professional people that anyone can deal with. Bounsay the business manager is another reason for coming back. He worked with me on my last 2 leases and made everything go smoothly. We just bought our 2016 from Budds and it was the best service from start to finish! Sheldon our sales guy the best hands down! Bounsay the financing the best as well! My husband and I were talking on the way home from visiting Budds for the first time we couldn’t believe what amazing services we got! There was no one trying to push us in buying a car. Kat, Dan, and Bounsay make the process to buy a new car so effortless, walk in pick what you like and let them get everything in order, show up have a tutorial of the new ride and drive away with the biggest smile on my face, every time!

If I could give a 0, I would. Bill delivered a vehicle with damage to 3 rims and a seat which was not present on any of the photos he sent me. He then assured me he would take care of the problem on more than 10 occasions but has yet to address the issues after 5 months. I even arranged to drive the vehicle to Oakville and then to Vaughan only for him to first assure me the issues would be addressed and the come up with an excuse for why things couldn't be addressed...Excuses have ranged from "my regular guy was sick" to pretending he got the wrong date to telling me he was "arranging it" and then not replying. Omvic complain is my next step. He is a scammer who cannot be trusted. Go elsewhere.
