Farid Bunni helped me purchase my first car! I was pretty intimated by the process, but Farid helped me every step of the way and didn't hide any important information that could have cost me a higher monthly rate for financing my new Chevvy Spark. In fact, Farid saved me $500 through a student program! Rob Powell was also on my side through the process. He was very understanding of my lack of understanding of what to do about getting my insurance dealt with for the car and provided me great advice. With his help I was able to get everything sorted out quickly and Farid helped out too! With their assistance I was able to find an insurance company that shaved $50/month off of what my first insurance company was asking for. Farid and Rob know what they're doing and genuinely care about their customers. If you go to Budd's Chevrolet, ask for Farid and Rob!

Basil Silas. Courteous, polite good follow up, no pressure, responded quickly to telephone messages. The customer service is polite and accommodating of my schedule. The sales showroom and customer service areas are clean and organized. Personel are friendly and helpful.

My husband and I had a very positive experience at Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC dealership. We were given a 24hr test drive of the vehicle before making our purchase, and the sales associate (Chris Cheevers) was not at all aggressive in his approach. Additionally - he readily loaned us a vehicle for the weekend to allow us to execute a private sale on our old vehicle before the new one arrived. Great service and would highly recommend.

I recently took my old BMW into the Budd's to have it serviced. Jennifer from Budd's BMW did an excellent job getting my car fixed and providing an overview of the status of my car. I did advise her that we would be looking to get into a new vehicle soon and she asked a few more questions about our next car purchase. We were able to get in for a test drive of a GMC Acadia and he found the exact vehicle we wanted. within a week we were in our new 2015 GMC Acadia! We were provided with a full vehicle instruction session by Bob as Bill was off the day we picked up of the vehicle and then Bounsay completed the deal assuring that all of our paper work was explained and completed quickly and accurately. Bounsay went over and above with our purchasing needs and I was extremely grateful as he saved me much time. the service we received from beginning to end was over the top ... right from servicing our BMW to finalizing the deal of our new GMC! We recently purchased a 2012 Chevy Silverado through Budds. The price was great and the service was great. Robert was very friendly and efficient. We then met with Bounsay Osylaphet and he went over every little detail on the purchase contract. He even advised that we could purchase a extended warranty which we did. He explained every detail to us which is sometimes hard to understand. Robert took the time to explain the vehicle to us before we drove it off the lot. We were so happy with Robert that we purchased a 2011 Cadillac SRX two weeks later. Again he explained everything before I drove the vehicle off the lot. We would highly recommend Budds Chevrolet and Robert Raike and Bounsay Osylaphet to you for all your needs as they certainly come through for you.

Polite, inviting, fully attentive to my needs, friendly and yet professional. Everything you wish to see but hard to find when dealing with any sales rep. Basil and Beverly definitely helped my mother and I get comfortable with the whole process of buying my first car. They have definitely gained a long term customer. It was more than worth the drive for me from Strathroy to Budds Dealership in Oakville to make my purchase. Even though the vehicle was used (2010), when they cleaned it up for me to take delivery it looked like a "new vehicle". They took their time, Chris Cheevers and Rob Powell, and looked after all of my needs and concerns. Very much appreciated !!
