Worst finance manager at that dealership,I have never

Worst finance manager at that dealership,I have never felt so offended belittled by someone the things he said to me over the phone was told my Credit look like an 18 year-old kid and i was acting like one as well just didn’t want to Buy something I did not want he picked apart every single thing on my credit report I was shocked someone would do that but I Will be filing a complaint with FTC as well it was oh uncalled for

Every single person we encountered were so very friendly

Every single person we encountered were so very friendly and helpful. We ended up purchasing a used Ford truck and happy with our purchase!

Exact reason I've not returned to a dealer since i 1994

Exact reason I've not returned to a dealer since i 1994 for service $630.00 to remove 4 screws & take out a broken piece of plastic stopping my roof from closing. They should be ASHAMED TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE

Not happy at with my experience Maddie reword and reword

Not happy at with my experience Maddie reword and reword over and over saying my wife need to fill out the credit application even tho we told her we was pre approved through our credit union she said we needed to fill it out so she can send it to our credit union which was a lie I got alert after alert on my credit that it was sent to 6 different credit unions my score drop 2 points and the vehicle they was try to sell I found out been in accident that's not on the car fax the horn didn't work the hood was slightly a different color and the sensor for the hood did not work and her co workers tried to tell me the hard inquiry will fall off I feel like she and them are some con artist
