I have been a happy Lexus owner for over 20 years and the service department department And Chuck Gamel at this dealership has always taken care of my many Lexus’s. That’s why I have never considered any other make automobile nor gone to another dealership. As long as I can continue to get this great service I will go back to Butler.

We have been longtime Lexus owners and currently own three Lexus vehicles, so this experience was extremely disappointing. While Ron, our salesperson, and Taylor at the front desk were both professional, responsive, and excellent to work with, the handling of our tag and registration process by Charde Harvey was frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. After nearly 60 days, a tag extension, and ongoing communication issues, we were still facing an expired temporary tag situation despite the dealership already having the title. We were ultimately left concerned about driving with an expired temporary tag because the issue was still unresolved. This is not the level of professionalism or customer service we have come to expect from the Lexus brand. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because customer experience and communication matter.

This is the best service that I have ever received from a car dealership in my lifetime! The general manager talks to me regularly. The service manager is excellent and my representative for maintenance on my Lexus always provides top tier service and knows me on a first name basis.I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
