Loved my experience so much, had to go back for round two!!! So, I needed a bigger vehicle because our family grew in size, I was doing my research and I came across one that I liked, only it was at a sister dealership, needless to say, I only wanted to deal with David Reynolds because I had such good experience buying from him 4 years ago, I had to do it again! So, I gave him a call and he was able to get the vehicle moved from Rome to Hamilton in no time flat!!! Made the whole experience quick, painless, and easy!!! You need a car, FRIENDLY and David Reynolds is where you need to go!!!

READ ALL PAPERWORK COMPLETELY WHEN BUYING A VEHICLE FROM HAMILTON DEALERSHIP!! I was scammed out of money when I bought a truck from Friendly Dodge in Hamilton. I reached out to my bank to get loan information and found out I was charged for items that I didn't ask for. A maintenance contract, $720 Zurich Shield $610, Key replacement, $389. The purchase agreement does not itemize any of it so it was easily missed. (They added it to the selling price and the service contract price to hide. it!!! Also, we verbally agreed to a selling price of $39000. I went back to talk to the salesperson and the owner, but was told that I signed the paperwork so they were not willing to refund me in full. I highly suggest if you purchased a vehicle from any Friendly dealership that you closely review your paperwork to see if you were scammed also.

We take claims like this very seriously and want to clarify that our dealership does not add products or services to a purchase without disclosure and customer authorization. All optional products and pricing are reviewed during the finance process and require signed documentation before a vehicle can be delivered. We understand vehicle purchases involve a lot of paperwork, which is why our team takes time to review the details with each customer before signing. Our management team previously met with you to go over the agreement and documentation related to your purchase. If you would like us to review the paperwork together again, we would be happy to do so. Please contact the dealership and ask for management so we can go through everything with you directly.
