I went to Jeep/Chrysler in Brooklyn at 2286 Flatbush ave. The people I dealt with including sales, David, and finance, Bryant, have a default of dishonesty. My best advice is to read everything before you leave. They send the documents to be signed to your phone, which makes it impossible to read, bring a tablet or a laptop with you and read everything. I was charged 6k more than the sticker price on the vehicle, and had an extended warranty added, which I did not consent to. The problems don’t end there. When I tried to cancel the unauthorized extended warranty I was met with resistance and more lies. Granted I should have been more careful, but after being there for 5 hours, feeling overwhelmed and navigating Autism Spectrum Disorder in this setting, I was not. I plan to relentlessly pursue these issues until they are resolved. They send a questionnaire within a day or two of purchasing the vehicle, which is why there are some positive reviews. Chances are these people didn’t realize the ways in which they were conned yet. “Let the buyer beware,” definitely applies to this dealership.

This place is absolutly awesome. At first I was hesitant to go to brooklyn for a car. I live on Long Island and we all know how that Belt Parkway can be. I spoke to Leah several times by text. After going from dealership to dealership I was exhausted with the games they were playing. She assured me we would work out a deal and I would go home with a car that day. I also had a trade in that the other dealers were beating me up on( Make sure when you trade your car in they give you trade in value not wholesale value) Several dealers tried that game on me, not Brooklyn Dodge. I walked in we spoke for about 30 minutes and the manager Steve along Leah carved out the perfect deal. Traded my car in for a fair price, drove home with my beautiful 2025 Frostbite Blue Durango RT Plus. Respectful, treated me and my son as gentlemen. If you want a great deal on a car/ Truck this is definitely the place to go. 5 STARS 👍👍👍👍👍

Do not use this dealership. The finance manager is very rude, and when it came down to sign the paperwork, there was an absorbent amount of fees. They tried to sell me an extended warranty disguised as a payment for a certified vehicle they would not take cash for the vehicle, they said that if I paid cash didn’t have to add on $2000 more I instead went to White Plains dealership and got the exact car I wanted with no questions asked for cash. The sales woman at Brooklyn was very nice, but had little to no experience or knowledge about pricing.

Don’t do business here
I have communicated with milan several times in the past 2 days I live in New Jersey this dealer is in Brooklyn , I called this morning while driving to make sure car was available , he said sure we will have it ready after 1 hr 20 minutes in traffic and 50 bucks in gas and tolls . I get there and a nice salesman Sita me down and Says I have good news and bad news I replied start with the bad news he says well the car is not available but I have a gray Pacifica loaded that I could give you for a good price, Needless to say I was furious and demanded to see Milan who is not picking up his phone and not in the building. I heard another salesman say I wish he wouldn’t do that to people who travel far we tell him all the time, my salesman said I have a loaded Pacifica I let him show it to me and it was far from loaded it was a base model needless to say I ran for my life they need to be stopped it was inconvenient and expensive not fair to me

Worst salesman unprofessional and greedy
Had the worst and embarrassing experience in my life ! The most unprofessional dealership I have ever did business with !!! Once the credit form was submitted and signed and confirmed by me that I’m getting a truck they played a game that an higher offer of 5k came in 5 min and gave me a choice of bitting higher or walk out 👎👎👎 what a joke those people in dealership and xxxxxxxx business !!! Rip off!
We paid over $1300 to have our cruise other electronics fixed only to have it stop working half way through an 1800 mile trip! Now that we're back to have it repaired again, they want to charge another $1300 for parts labor!! Parts that should have worked the first time! And labor that should have gotten the job done initially!! I'd give this place zero stars if possible
