No answer from dealership. Dealership doesn't reply back to emails. Potential sale lost by this dealership

I can't believe there is not one bad review SCAM. Purchased a car, two weeks later gear shift is broke. I purchased the power tran warranty. I tell them the problem and they immediately say "oh that won't be covered under warranty" They give me an appointment two weeks out and tell me they have no idea how long they will keep m y car. There are no loaner cars. I'm looking at $165 to rent a car for two days. But have no idea how long they will keep car. My salesman kept turning the radio on and up. So I am now hearing noises that I did not hear then. The list goes on. I DO NOT recommend grace auto!!!

I want to give a big S/O to Tyler. He is the true meaning of G-O-A-T! This guy is awesome.. let me tell you he worked his magic today! He got me the car I wanted, payments I wanted also when I tell you this man went above and beyond for me it’s unbelievable, unexplainable. He was so polite and respectful. When I went to the dealership today as I was walking to the car I wanted he was pulling up another vehicle for a customer, he could see I was confused lol. But he got out the car shook my hand and introduced himself to me. From that moment everything started rolling. Tyler even gave me a complete tour of the car and even went on a test drive with me to make sure I was understanding the vechicle. 5 stars is to low for him. I am giving him the unimaginable number of stars. Thanks Tyler! Keep up the great work you are doing. You really are a people person.

I went to Grace to try and sell my car. They were very upfront and transparent on what they could do for me. Even though I did not sell my car to Grace, I would highly recommend them because they were honest and didn't waste my time. Very hard to find these days. If you're looking for a used car, I would highly recommend Grace Auto!

I just bought a 2009 Civic from Grace Auto. Soto and the whole staff were amazing to work with. I was in and out in an hour with the exact car that I wanted. Even if you are out of town, give them a try. They have tons of nice cars on the lot.

I messaged them inquiring if a car was still available. I live about 1.5 hours away, so I wanted to make sure it would be there if I went to look at it. The owner replied quickly efficiently, and checked in to make sure all my questions had been answered.

I just bought my second Subaru from Grace auto and have nothing but praise for this dealership and all who work there. I would still be driving my 1st Subaru from them but for an accident that was a total loss. I am quite sure that I will be as satisfied with this one. Five star all the way around

Austin was really great to work with. Him and his wife made it really easy for us to test drive and talk through different vehicle options without feeling pressured. It was our first car purchase and it went great!

Service was great and staff is very friendly. Got an awesome deal on a 2009 Accord. Drove an hour away and would recommend to friends.
