Ralston is an amazing person to work with. He is personable and very polite. He treats you with such care and makes sure that you get the vehicle that fits you. I literally don't even have to tell him what I am looking for because he already knows. That type of attention to detail is extremely hard to come by these days. Most sales people just want to rush into a car just to get the sale. Not Ralston. He is all about customer satisfaction and that is what makes him the best.

I live 110miles from this dealership and it was 100% worth it! I had purchased several vehicles from Ralston Dunn in the past, so I knew I was dealing with a straightforward, customer-service oriented, honest and reliable team. He started looking for my car right away, and within a few weeks, I had the Rav4 with all the features I needed and much more. The sale's person promised me free oil change for 5 yrs when I bought my sienna, now after 1 year they refused doing it for free as they promised and they want to charge Me over $200 for it. This dealer is a scammer do not trust the sales and do your business somewhere else

The sales person Mr. Jonathan Heredia assisted myself and my daughter in the purchase of a new car. He handled all aspects of the sale in an excellent and professional manner. Yesterday, I leased a 2020 Toyota RAV4 4 LE. The entire experience was a great one! Guy Albergo; the sales manager, Mansa Murray the salesman and Jessica Gipson in the finance department were all professionals and guided me through each step of my purchase. The showroom is immaculate and all safety protocols required during the pandemic were in place.
