Great experience buying a new minivan. I heard Sienna's were hard to buy new and take a long time. We started shopping on Monday, Labor Day and drove it home on Friday, 9/12/25. I could've had it earlier but had to delay until Friday since that suited my schedule. My prior car buying experience was it takes too many painful hours with sales and finance. But happy to say this wasn't the case with Sunrise Toyota North. We spent a couple of hours sharing with Ralston Dunn what we wanted in a minivan (including our budget). Then, we left it up to him to find exactly what we asked for. Ralston was honest, thorough and spent time to show us all functions of the Sienna. Michael at Finance was amazing too. The entire experience at Sunrise Toyota North was seamless and effortless. When we buy our next car, we will definitely be reaching out to Ralston again.

I have bought many, many cars and my experience with Sunrise Toyota North was definitely top tier. Went with my son to buy a new Tacoma and worked with Damont who was absolutely awesome. Super courteous, knowledgeable, and a true professional. We never felt pressured, and he was truly honest from start to finish. We did not pay any "fees" other than what was necessary, and our price was excellent. Mike the sales manager was terrific and completely honest and upfront. We met with Ben from Finance who was also great and secured a really great rate for my son's loan. Overall, this was a 10 out of 10 experience and we cannot recommend this dealer enough if you need a Toyota. Hard to imagine an easier or more pleasant buying experience.
