Service writer Karen made sure my wife’s vehicle was taken care of quickly and easily. I let her know my concerns with the vehicle and she made sure the mechanic checked everything over while attending to the initial reason I brought it in. Followed Jeep guidelines trouble shooting. Took two trips in which was expected.. They tried cleaning sensors to try and save money before replacing parts. Was timely with both repairs. Offered 10% coupon which I wasn't aware of.

Went online and asked for an out the door price for a 2019 Cherokee. Was quoted a price by Joe DeGiorgi and when I asked For a breakdown of the price he ignored my response. After he read my review he responded with another email and gave me an email confusion as the reason he didn’t respond to my request for an explanation of the charges. I gave Him another chance and we agreed to a price for the Cherokee with negotiations still open on the trade in that was to happen Friday. A few days away. He emailed me the next day telling me how the Cherokee was sold that night and how he was so sorry and he would make it up to me. I gave Him another chance and he found an exact match to the Cherokee but wanted me to pay for for it due to an increase in delivery fee. Why would I pay to fix someone else’s horrible business practices? Do not purchase from this dealership!
