Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this dealership. We spent an entire day trying to purchase our new car. We had a 10:30 appointment with the salesman, had filled out all paperwork online prior to going in and were there until after 5pm. We paid our deposit signed all the paperwork. We left without our new car because they didn’t call insurance co before 5pm. We were told to come back following morning for quick pick up. We went back the following morning to discover they sold our new car to someone else. We spent an another entire day at the dealership purchasing a similar car. The dealer was going to put mud flaps on 2nd car to match what was on first car. After waiting all day for this to happen. We left after 5pm with mud flaps in the trunk, not installed. We also left with only 1 key fob because they had given the other one to people who bought our original car. Day 3 back to dealership to get second key fob and pick up a loaner as the check engine light was on in our brand new car. They kept the car Sat, Sun and Monday and we actually got my car Tuesday, 5 days in total. Although all the people who worked there were pleasant and apologetic there is no way buying a car should be this difficult. My next door neighbor bought a brand new Toyota in an hour and a half. In my opinion after first day we should have been given priority and expedited, not kept waiting. Sold cars should be tagged as sold or moved and vin numbers should be verified .

I had my daughter bring my Mazda in for an oil change ,

I had my daughter bring my Mazda in for an oil change , and tire rotation . The car was brought in quickly and serviced . They replaced the rear wiper blade , and a key fob battery along with the service we requested . Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I live in Rochester but my daughter uses the Mazda and lives in Buffalo . I am very happy with the service . Also, want to say thanks to the dealership and my friend Russ Armeao.

No complaints.

No complaints. Came in for an extended warranty repair, the tech completed the repair ahead of schedule, the service advisors were personable and answered all my questions, and they organized complimentary ride share service to and from the shop so no need to handle transportation on my own. Everything went smoothly and my car is running great.

I worked with a salesman Aaron.

I worked with a salesman Aaron. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I wasn’t thinking I was gonna buy a car that day. I was just test driving to see what I liked. He made the experience so enjoyable and knowledgeable that I began considering buying. The whole staff worked together to come up with a great deal that put me in a new car that I didn’t think I was going to be in the market for. They truly work as a team. I’m very pleased with my purchase. I never felt pressured. And I was treated as if I was a priority. A very enjoyable experience.

Had NYS inspection for my car.

Had NYS inspection for my car. Car is well cared for ( by my car dealership) and inspection took 20 minutes. I love that they connect me to my technician via internet so he can tell me everything has has to check. Car passed inspection without prob lem.
