I dealt with Matt (sales) and Chris (finance).

I dealt with Matt (sales) and Chris (finance). I live in NJ and did the entire deal over the phone. Easiest car deal I’ve ever done. Great dealership, none of the usual games. I would highly recommend Faulkner Infiniti.

Chris is a very knowledgeable sales person, and helped me

Chris is a very knowledgeable sales person, and helped me make my decision easier. All the other employees were also very nice and patient while filling out all the paperwork.

Great and efficient service.

Great and efficient service. Very Friendly staff. Everything is explained very well. Video is taken while inspecting the car and is very helpful in understanding what is inspected, the results of the inspection and if any items need to be attended to.

8 miles outside service shop warning indicator comes on after being ?fixed? and being charged for full diagnostics. If electronic diagnostics is so poor or not properly done customers shouldn?t be asked to pay for the whole process.

The services are laid out nicely as to what is necessary

The services are laid out nicely as to what is necessary and what can wait. The 360 video is a nice touch to see exactly where and what the suggested repairs are. I appreciate the itemized break down of suggested repairs as well. Staff is great very communicative.

Hi, I purchased a QX50 from Faulkner - Willow Grove, Nick

Hi, I purchased a QX50 from Faulkner - Willow Grove, Nick was our salesperson. It was an online deposit and then we test drove and then paid for the vehicle. NIck handled everything in a very professional and organized manner. We arrived at 10:15am, test drove the vehicle and drove home at 11:00am...less than an hour!! We also took a loan, which was very easy and efficient - Chris was the loan person and had everything ready to sign. I can't say enough about Nick, Chris and Faulkner. My wife has a beautiful Infiniti. Regards, Pete D

Service was fine . No issues. Oil change very simple visit. Staff polite. I have no complaints at any visit , Service coordinator always helpful. Price reasonable
