They outbid everybody online and then low balled me afterwards. Comes up with tranny code. After I had serviced...lol...WOW.. 7000 4 my truck online 3000 the next. Its a scam to real you in. They don't buy they pass you on to 3rd party companies.

Poor customer service, they lack professionalism, they low ball & overall i would not recommend & glad i did not sell my car to them . I’ve gotten my car inspected 3 times , They start off with a big offer then they “inspect “ the car and say it’s in bad condition and offer you way less than what it’s for the second time of inspection they offered me lower than the first and i HAD to put money down which i did not want to since the car isn’t in that much bad shape for me to pay to selll it . Ridiculous . I’d much rather put the money they TRIED to get out of me towards fixing my car which is less work than working with this company , which i only worked with them because it seemed like an easier and quicker option on getting rid of my car .The Eddie guy asks way too much personal questions (was worried about HOW i was able to put money towards the car and where it came from )which that he doesn’t have too because if I’m interested in doing business you shouldn’t be worried about anything else other than starting the process . Very Rude & scammers , 1/10 would not recommend . They really lack professionalism ALL OF THEM & they should definitely start some training for their staff on how to talk to people and do business, nd looking at other reviews I’m not the only one . They say your car is in bad condition so they pay less . It’s all BS .

Avoid at all cost. Unprofessional from start to finish, they quoted one thing on site then said they didn't have it and re-quoted a few hundred less, I showed them the screenshot of the previous quote and they thought it was for a different dealer and said "Go get your money my man." I advised that the quote was from them and that response was unprofessional and they begin to argue, avoid these guys at all cost..

I was selling a used truck. The price they gave was fair, the communication was excellent and overall it was a stress-free transaction. The best part for me was talking to the mechanic they sent over to look at the truck. He was knowledgeable about all cars and trucks and it was fun to pick his brain.

Had same selling experience as many others - initial offer was very fair ($58K for my clean low mi Tesla, knocked down to $55K on inspection (weak explanation - 3 tires tread, paint color imperceptibly brighter (professional cosmetic repair due to scratch, no accident), then 2x lowered to $52K then $50.5K due to "market changes". Just to get deal done finally agreed to $50.5K only to be told they couldn't cut the check without exclusively marketing the car for 3 days and finding a wholesale buyer first. Gave up and sold my car thru cars.com for same $50.5K but no hassles.

Like many negative reviews of this company, I too experienced a such. I am sure there are customers who have positive experience and I am glad for them. As for my experience, I was offered a decent price for my 2021 tesla M3. after all the inspection and back and forth commincations with several different individuals at digferent stages, they eventually lowered the price by $1500 for a perfect vehicle. Mind you, 1500 is not that big of deal for me, but the way the company went about it and the explanation they provided were unsatisfactory - it has to do with the market changes within ladt two to three day period. Anyway, the key point to learn from this is that most likely this company will quote you a price that is several thousands of dollars higher than they can really able to pay. So keep thst in mind, and go with open mindset, if you were to try out this company. As for me, my experience was a waste of my precious time.
