I contacted them about the Jeep Wrangler and requested picture of that particular vehicle.There was one picture and it was a red jeep,the description stated that the vehicle was in reality blue.I asked them a second and third time for pictures of the actual vehicle, because I live out of state,no results ,so,I told them to just forget about it .This was on the 16th of March . On the 24th of March I got an email with a video of a walk around of the vehicle. I thinking ,why did this take over a week. I'm very dissatisfied with the slow response time. I haven't purchase a vehicle yet ,but, it makes we really sit back and think about response time for anything else.Today dealers for the most part don't care if you purchase. They figure there's a fool around the corner that will buy anything.

I feel like, I was robbed. When I looked at, My paperwork that Kevin send me it's not what we agreed on 800 a month is what we agreed on at a UESED TRUCK ITS WAS ALL READY DAMAGE when I got so I was played I really didn't know what I was getting myself in too I been texting and call them for help but no body have not return my call or text now I feel UESED, Thery picked the truck 2024 GMC SERRIA 1500 SLX 2 Wheel drive truck. When I seemed truck, I'm thinking I was getting a full loaded truck with 4-wheel drive no I did not get that. If Kevin would tell me that the truck was not 4 wheels drive truck, I wouldn't get it, I feel so bad about truck I do not like can't go to work in the snow cause it a 2 wheel i want to put it back on the lot I just wished they talk to me more before just putting me in anything I need something to help me not hurt me my name is Jessica Campbell I didn't what I was doing now I need help and cannot get any if somebody can call or texts me and see what u can do i would be grateful the guy that was claening the truck out didnt give me no floor mates and going tell me that we will mail me some and i still looking for them floor mate
