While going over the XT5 they noticed that a lever in the back was not working properly. In order to accommodate me they dropped off a loaner at my house while they fixed mine and returned mine back the next night. Great experience and would highly recommend.

My sales representative was John. He was a very funny, relating guy. He made you feel welcome and was willing to work with you. I was able to finance the car of my dreams after being turned down twice for my credit. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. It was so worth the hour and a half commute.

I purchase/lease a new car every 2 years (or less) for the past 25+ years. Every time I walk into a new dealer (because I never loved the last one) I cringe. I expect the same old song and dance of "let me check with my manager" or "tell me what you want to pay each month" yada yada yada 5 or 6 hours later I'm finally leaving with a new car and a massive headache. Not here. Straight up, honest, caring staff. The GM himself was personally involved! No, not like the Great and Wonderful OZ, hiding behind a curtain, but up front and personal. Sheesh. I never knew buying/leasing a car could be a pleasant experience. Thanks to Dominic and to Mike who made not one but 2 sales that day! My daughter and I both drove out in new Caddy's and no stress.
