I purchase/lease a new car every 2 years (or less) for the past 25+ years. Every time I walk into a new dealer (because I never loved the last one) I cringe. I expect the same old song and dance of "let me check with my manager" or "tell me what you want to pay each month" yada yada yada 5 or 6 hours later I'm finally leaving with a new car and a massive headache. Not here. Straight up, honest, caring staff. The GM himself was personally involved! No, not like the Great and Wonderful OZ, hiding behind a curtain, but up front and personal. Sheesh. I never knew buying/leasing a car could be a pleasant experience. Thanks to Dominic and to Mike who made not one but 2 sales that day! My daughter and I both drove out in new Caddy's and no stress. Usually we don’t enjoy the car sales process. Not so at Napleton Cadillac, everyone was very helpful and answered our questions quickly. The process was smooth, the people new what they were doing and they were friendly. No high pressure selling just good professional care from Matt. Rachel was efficient and accurate in the finance process.
