Today I brought my car in for warranty Service. Keith was my advisor. Keith was very disappointing. First his communication made me feel that I was not valued as a customer. Additionally 1. When he brought me my keys I asked for the paperwork he informed me it was not ready. I said I could wait, he told me it might be a few hours. (He suggested to mail it to me) I said I could stop by later if it really would be hours. As I stood there the tech brought him my paperwork?.. 2. He also informed me I needed a part that they needed to order. I asked when would it be at the dealership, he said “you never know with Caddilac it may be a few days. 3. I asked for the part number needed. He reluctantly gave it to me I then went to the parts department and was informed it would be here tomorrow. If I owned this business this type of service would not be accepted.

I stopped in to take a look at a new Vistiq. Mike Palermo and Kathy Gudas were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. I took a Vistiq for a test drive and Mike answered all of my questions quickly and confidently. I will definitely be going back to Napleton Cadillac in Libertyville when I am ready to purchase!

This place is a rip off! First off Keith Goebelt is the rudest service advisor of all. They overcharged me by charging 25 to 35 percent over list price on parts and also inflate the labor charges. I trusted them last year on a 4700 dollar repair order which I now realized they way over charged me on the parts! 35% over list! I will be pursuing legal action against the dealership and corporation as well as continue to put in complains with the complaints.com and the BBB. What a bunch of thieves! All they care about is how much money they can scam out of trusting customers ! Beware!

Been buying cadillacs from this location for over 40 years. Last one was from napleton. Brought car in for knocking noise in front steering while making sharp turns. The dealer said they heard the noise but have no idea where it is coming from. Brought car to just tires for same problem they found the cause right away and told me to go to dealer since it would be covered under warranty. Brought car into a different cadillac dealership for same problem and they found the same problem Just tires found. the control arm rubber was all cracked and split and the drivers side tie rod had to much play in it. They said it was under wartranty and they would fix. My car will never go back to napleton for service and I will never buy a car from them again. They do not have competent mechanics or they just are to lazy to fix what is bad on the car. Called corporate offices for mapleton and they were useless. Now I understand where the problem is.
