Car not as expected. Weird things wrong.
I never write reviews, good or bad, but what initially started out a great experience with Autoline turned into a bit of a nightmare and I feel like it’s my consumer responsibility to share this with anyone who would consider buying a car from them. We bought a used Honda Fit remotely from NJ for my daughter for high school graduation. Car seemed great: one owner car fax, no accidents, and Autoline was really nice. I asked them if the car had any problems that we should be aware of. They said no, perfect condition just some minor scratches. They took the car through state inspection for us, and took it for a pre-sale inspection at the local Honda dealership. Presale inspection checked out ok from the Honda dealership. Then the car arrived. It was missing three lug nuts, the cap to the wind shield wiper fluid, had a steering problem with a loose bar of some kind in the front axil, and an extension cord wire attached to the battery, and the air conditioner wasn’t working. I called the sales person at Autoline quite upset and he swore to me that he drove the car around and the air conditioning was fine and the steering was fine. He didn’t know about the other stuff and the manager would call. No one called back. I also reached a manager at the Honda dealership. They apologized, took responsibility for botching the inspection, and refunded the inspection money. However, it took many more calls to get the Autoline manager to get back to me. By then we had taken the car to a mechanic and already spent over $400 on fixing the weird stuff. Air conditioning did not work when recharged and it turned out there was a huge leak in the condenser, which could not have held any coolant a week back. Form this I have to surmise that driving around with the air working could not have been a real thing. When I did finally reach the manager, he was prickly about the problems, said he had to investigate, tried to put it all on the Honda dealership that did the presale inspection. I seriously questioned his relationship with the Honda dealership, that prompted the report to come back with no issues. They basically didn’t inspect the car at all, and Autoline also told me it had no major problems, both wrong. He said that if the car was local they would have fixed it. But it wasn’t local, so I asked him for some compensation to help fix it here. When we were buying the car, I got so much niceties about taking care of their out of state customers, I really thought they would help a little with this! At this point the air conditioner was going to cost $700. He got very short, tried to hang up on me several times, and never got back to me. That was May. We were traveling, so we are just getting back to fixing the car for my daughter to take to college. Today it turned out that the compressor was also completely shot. So the air conditioning problem will now cost $1300 minimum now. That’s going to be close to $2000 worth of problems that Autoline said didn’t exist when specifically asked. When I talked to the manager, he basically said it was buyer beware and they didn’t have to tell me. But do they get to outright lie when asked directly? Also, the car was also advertised as having Bluetooth. It does not. First day, I went to verify in the listing and it was already down. That listing also described the condition of the car. Usually these listings stay up forever after the cars are sold, so this was weird. I thought that I was very careful and did what I was supposed to in asking questions, getting inspections, getting car fax reports. Later I found an article on escrowing money for things like this, which I will definitely do in the future. I still put this on Autoline. We live in a time of customer service, honesty, and online reviews. I have to say that everyone at Autoline was super nice until we had this major problem and needed them to make it right. They did not. If Autoline reaches out and makes a good faith effort to solve this somehow, I will h

Absolute joke of a business!
Had a pretty rough experience with Brian at this location. I attempted to purchase a car and pay cash and after a couple days back and forth I called him and explained I was ready to pay. When I stated I would be paying then entire amount with a credit card over the phone (im out of state) he stated he would have to pay 2% for anything over $2000. I stated it was the only means I have to pay for it as its for a company. He stated there was nothing he could do. I called back and asked to speak to the sales manager--after being interrogated by the person that answered the phone he simply transferred me back to Brian...Not the sales manager...I'm curious if the management team is aware they lost a deal over less than a couple hundred dollars. I'm grossly shocked at the lack of customer support based on the previous reviews. I hope to be contacted by management to find out what Brian is telling me isn't common of the company and simply misinformation by him. UPDATE: After being unable to be transferred to a manager I wrote this review...within 5 minutes of the review the manager called me to help facilitate the deal....after the damage was done and I was no longer interested he asked me to take the review down (the entire point of the call). UPDATE: The "general manager" had the audacity to text me and demand I take my negative google review down--after I refused he badgered me by calling me a fraud and then posting it as the response on google. Unprofessional, childish, and certainly not recommendable to say the least! Hopefully my review reaches potential customers before they invest their hard earned money into their business.

2013 Mazda Speed3
Purchased the vehicle from Mike after numerous calls and texts because we were traveling from out of state. He was prepared and made the process quick and easy. When a small issue arose post purchase, Brian ensured it was made right quickly and to our satisfaction. Great quality vehicles at fair prices with fantastic customer service!

This isn't the place for first time buyers. I have great credit and needed to get a car before I go back to work/ school in the fall. I worked with Hazan and he was fine but never gave the full story as we were going through the process. All xxxx broke loose when we got down to getting my finances taken care of with the bank. They couldn't keep their story straight about what they needed from me. I was told last night by Hazan and Freddie that it's a done deal and I can bring home the car today because last night the finance person and the rest of the team wouldn't stay and finish up the paperwork. Also Hazan lies and said they left but saw them standing outside. But then came out and told us they still needed to speak to the bank, and again changed their story. Today I call and they say that the bank needs to verify my employment which were given proof of. But then changed the story and said to come down sign the papers, take the car home and if the bank couldn't verify my employment they would ask me to bring the car back. However when we first pulled my credit score they made it seem like it was all a go like they did last night before I left. Hazan tried to get us to leave a $500 deposit in order to hold the car but we didn't give them the money. I bet a lot of other people may have had better experiences with this dealership but their not as helpful as they make it seem. We spent the entire day there just to leave frustrated and empty handed with no real answer. Hopefully they get better customer service because they are seriously lacking in that department. Below is text messages from Hazan clearly telling me I could come and pick the car up today after sending that I called and wanted an answer about why we couldn’t take it home last night. The rest of the conversation happened over the phone and in person. I was just sent a text threatening to report me for providing "false information". As you can see below because I hung up on Tony he's trying to scare me into coming and complying with their demands. He said on the phone that I didn't have to buy the car and that's exactly what I'm doing. I was told to provide a job letter by Hazan and the finance manager and have proof of that too. I was also told by Hazan to provide the amount I will be making at my job for this year. I have emails and texts from my employer as well to prove that I didn't just write it up myself. Jokes on them! I tried multiple times to post pictures of the text messages to Google but haven't been posted. Not sure if the business has to approve. Good luck to everyone else to deals with these people. I can't believe they had the audacity to send me threatening text messages. They also said it in their response to my Google review which is the same as above.

Lackluster customer service
Purchased a vehicle online from this dealership, without checking it out in person. I've done this numerous times before, and never had a problem until this time. When I received the car it was delivered filthy not just on the outside, but also inside. Normally a dealership will detail a vehicle before selling it, well not this dealership. I can understand that the outside would be dirty from the transportation, but the inside should be clean. The inside smelled like wet dog, and had the prior owners dog hair all over. We spend hours vacuuming the car and cleaning all the smell, dog hair, and dirt out of the entire inside. That's something we didn't expect to have to do with a car we just purchased. Then there were trim pieces missing, which any reputable dealership would take care of before selling a car. Those trim prices aren't that expensive, and only take a few minutes to install that's just lazy on their part. It was also delivered with only 1 key, which really disappointed us. Usually if there is only 1 key, the dealership would provide a second key before selling the car. I even contacted the sales representative once I got the car, and asked where the second key was, and his response was that there wasn't one. Now any good dealership at that point would offer to provide either the funds to get a second key, or set up a time to get a second key at my local dealership. Then the car had undisclosed damages to the outside, especially the front bumper. There were numerous scratches and door dings, these weren't shown on any pictures. The front bumper was torn on the bottom, in two different places. I had to have those two spots repaired by a local body shop. Then I had to replace all four tires, since they were completely worn. I just can't believe that a dealership would sell a car with worn down tires. I guess they just don't care about the safety of their customers, and just care about making money. I even contacted the sales representative I was working with, and told him that I was unhappy with the purchase, and what all was wrong with the car. Well nothing was done to make anything better, not even offering to reimburse for the second key. Which in my opinion would be the least they could have done to make me happy. Overall my experience with this dealership is terrible, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Great selection of highend cars at low prices
Bought a 2012 Porsche Cayenne for my wife. Car is in excellent condition and runs great. Within the first week, there was a minor problem with elecronic parking break showing failure erronously. I took the car back and they had it fixed the next day (sensor replacement). It’s been almost two months since than and My wife loves the car more everyday. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and recommend this dealer if you are looking for a great deal on luxury cars.
