2011 Lexus RX

My car was totaled and I was looking for a car. I started to look online and did my research. I found one exactly same color with mine and decided to go check it out. I arrived at the dealership and met Ike. He was very helpful and friendly. He let me test drive the car and I loved it. It was driving smooth. I decided to go ahead and purchase. Then I met with finance manager Tony. He got me approved instantly and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and professional. I definitely recommend Autoline.

Excellent service! I came today to look at 2018 Ford Edge...

Excellent service! I came today to look at 2018 Ford Edge and very impressed with the service I received. I ended up purchasing the car! Kobe is personable and respectful. I would recommend anyone to this dealership.

Good Quality cars and Excellent Customer Service !!! Also They provide free warranty with cars which is BIG PLUS for car purchase. I highly recommend them

Very happy with my choice of car

They were straightforward and helpful. They explained me all the options without trying to do a lengthy sales pitch, and I'm very happy with the car I purchased. It was a great price and in excellent condition.

My husband and I bought a 2008 BMW from this dealership...

My husband and I bought a 2008 BMW from this dealership back in August 2019, what seemed to be a good car, we came in took it for a drive and it it was great. We negotiated the price because we were on a very tight budget but still loved the car, they offered to take the “free” warranty off to reduce the price. WORST MISTAKE EVER! After 30 days of having the car the engine failed and because we didn’t have a warranty they basically told us we had to deal with it on our own. They sold us a crap car and took advantage of the fact that we were on a budget and so they took out the warranty immediately. After taking it to a BMW dealership and they told us that the car was in bad shape and shouldn’t have been in the lot. Don’t trust anything they say! The cars might look shiny and new but internally they’re crap. Because we can’t afford $21,000 for a new engine we have to sell the car for parts, basically waisting the $8000 we bought the car for.

Kia Optima

This is a great place to purchase a car. My friend purchased a car from here and recommended me to come here. I saw Kia Optima I was looking for to do Uber and came here to check it out. Brian was my salesperson. He is very professional and nice. He took the time to show me the car and let me test drive. I loved the car. I applied for financing and got approval instantly. love the car it is beautiful

Professional customer service

Freddie manager explained me where are the cars coming fro, how they take care of the cars before they get into the sales. very honest and hardworking team. Quite impressed.

Great quality of car

I bought BMW 5 series from here. Sales manager Brian was veery helpful and honest. They didn’t give me discount but gave me good warranty instead . Thank you Autoline

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

If you like fresh lemons, come here. I bought a car, and less than 3 weeks later the transmission gave out!!!! The car is only 3 years old. The guy Brian won’t do anything about it. And the warranty that they offer doesn’t cover the full cost of the repairs???!!! This place is full of crooks posing as honest car dealers. If you want to take the chance and buy a car from this place, consider yourself warned. USAA should be ashamed for recommending these con artists! Ripping off veterans and their families. I served my country honorably, and this is the thanks I get? Good luck with this place. But sincerely hope that USAA removes this place from their car buying program!
