I brought my 2019 QX-50 in for a recall inspection. My service advisor Kevin and service manager Anthony were huge advocates on my behalf to get Infiniti to replace the engine under warranty. I was provided a 2025 QX-55 as a courtesy car for a couple of weeks while the engine was ordered and installed. Top notch customer service!
