MAZDA OF VALLEY STREAM

bought a mazda6 from them and after they sold the car they completely change their attitude towards me. especially the finance guy Tommy McGuinness made a mistake in the paperwork and inspite of his mistake he has no courtesy to return my calls or messages. after 6 calls when i get through to him he talks as if he is doing me a favour by doing so. these guys have no after sales customer service.

As I walked into the dealership Anita greeted me with a pleasant hello. She already knew my name and why I was in for service I was definitely impressed! After that she offered me a bottle of water which I really needed because I just came from the gym. Since they already knew what my concerns were I was taken to their lounge area and I have to say I almost fell asleep. This dealership is very accommodating, I mean bagels coffee chips and more. I absolutely recommend Mazda of valley stream. Get your car serviced in comfort and style.

After a long search for the 2015 BMW X5, I finally found the perfect car at Mazda of valley stream. Steve, my sales associate, was beyond great, as he broke everything down to me. He cared more about my needs and put that first rather than just trying to sell me the car. Kevin Persaud, the finance manager, who was pleasant and knowledgable got me the payment I wanted. I drove out the dealership 2 hours later with the car I wanted and got to stay within my budget.

The dealer was very knowledgeable about the car he was offering. After visiting numerous Mazda dealers, I can proudly say that Moe worked the hardest to get me the best deal possible. Wonderful selection of pre owned and new cars!
