Lorenzo Ford is hands down the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I bought a BMW from them and within FOUR DAYS the front differential blew. The car has 47,000 miles and was supposedly ready for sale. Clearly, that’s a joke. Any inspection would’ve caught this, which tells me they don’t check their trade-in cars at all. When I brought the issue to their attention, instead of helping or standing behind what they sold me, they immediately tried to wash their hands of it and said “you don’t have a warranty” as if selling a mechanically unsound vehicle is totally acceptable as long as they can hide behind paperwork. No empathy. No solutions. No accountability. Just excuses. If you’re thinking about buying a used car here, don’t. Once they have your money, you’re on your own even if the car catastrophically fails days later. This place is the definition of sell it and forget it. I regret ever doing business with Lorenzo Ford and would never recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the headache go literally anywhere else. Almost forgot to mention, they never transferred my license plate on to my new vehicle like how the finance guy told me he would. I’m updating this review in 3/23/26 months after the purchase of the vehicle. The manager commented saying he was going to talk to me… never did. Sent various emails. All around horrible experience and don’t understand how someone would rate this horrible place 5 stars.

Excellent experience. The staff and the sales person Yandy were exceptional, friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. They made the process easy and explained everything clearly. I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this dealership.
