I even left a personal item at the dealership after close and Mike was willing to come back to help me find it. I can tell this dealership takes pride in their core values and that is commendable; coming from other shops that find ways to try to take advantage of you. Expect no negotiation, and to work with the sales person start to finish. That means no trips to a finance office to purchase unnecessary packages. I was able to communicate over text beforehand, since I was coming from several hours away. Sabin continues to follow up post purchase, ensuring that I am satisfied. Sabin was excellent help in getting us into the vehicle we liked and fit our lifestyle. It really showed a difference in their level of care that Sabin stayed late to help us get the deal done. It showed even more when he set up a time for the vehicle to have a minor issue addressed and also throughly cleaned the next day which was his day off. 10/10 would recommend.

I know quite a bit about vehicles but she was able to point me in the right direction with questions specifically about the 2024 Audi Q3 I purchased!
