Amanda did an excellent job throughout the process of selling me my A3. Living in Illinois made it even more complicated but her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding setting up the delivery and title service. Great job Amanda!

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Audi from Audi Wichia, especially working with Sabin Garcia and GM Bac Ta. We bought the car completely sight unseen, which can be stressful, but Sabin made the entire process smooth, transparent, and professional from start to finish. The car arrived exactly as described and represented — no surprises at all. Sabin went above and beyond, even addressing very minor imperfections and making sure every detail was taken care of. His communication, honesty, and customer service were exceptional throughout the entire process. After delivery, the car unfortunately arrived with a dead battery, through absolutely no fault of the dealership. What really impressed me was how Bac Ta, the GM, personally stayed involved and remained on the call throughout the entire process until the issue was fully resolved. That level of customer care and commitment is rare today and speaks volumes about the dealership and its leadership. I highly recommend Audi Wichia, Sabin Garcia, and Bac Ta to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle — especially if buying remotely or sight unseen. Truly a first-class experience from beginning to end.

Amanda is terrific, providing thorough information and options. We are fussy buyers and Amanda never tired of our many questions, always responding with professional, personable, and caring comments. Additionally, Amanda was able to finagle a few extras that proved helpful and saved us both time and effort. It’s readily apparent Amanda has a caring disposition for customers.

Buying a vehicle remotely from out of state can sometimes be stressful, but Haley handled the entire process professionally from start to finish. She was responsive, patient, transparent with the numbers, and stayed engaged throughout the transaction, even while coordinating financing, paperwork, and transport logistics across multiple states. She always kept communication open and made sure I had the information I needed every step of the way. What I appreciated most was that she remained professional and helpful throughout the negotiation and closing process, and ultimately helped get the deal completed smoothly. The dealership was very competitive on pricing, and the vehicle was exactly as represented. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend Haylie and Audi Wichita to anyone considering purchasing an Audi, especially if buying from out of state- Oscar
