Overall, I had a good experience during my last service visit. The service advisor and shuttle driver were pleasant and courteous.

For $2000 repair involving removing the drive belt, I feel replacing the drive belt($40 part) should be included. Shows you might care just a little about the customer.

Great service by Austin. He always makes sure to give me a loaner and he explains in details the service needed

The only negative remark I have is that I had to wait after I received a text that my car was ready for pickup to run it through the carwash.

Austin was very communicative and responsive with any questions I had, and overall had a great experience with both him and the dealership staff with having to pick my vehicle up on a weekend day.
