I purchased a new Mini Countryman from this dealership and was the by the sales representative that the dealership policy is the I can change vehicles as long as the vehicle I purchased had less than 300 miles on it when I brought it back. The sales manager told me that the dealership no longer had that policy, however, I informed him that wasn't what his sales representative told me. I informed the sales manager that he needs to retrain his sales staff so that they will not tell customers erroneous information. The sales manager agreed to allow me to exchange the vehicle for a different one but it took 6 days for the full transfer to take place. That being said, I was without a car to drive because I couldn't drive the original car any longer to keep from putting miles on it.
