I was very happy with Waldorf Toyota I live approximately 45 minutes from my home and there is a Toyota dealership 5 miles away from my home but there customer service was horrible !!!!!! when I came to Waldorf Toyota. The young men in their was great great customer service. . I would come back to Waldorf, Toyota and purchase a another truck because of the great customer service

Made a deal with a sales manager on Sunday.
Made a deal with a sales manager on Sunday. Then another manager calls the next day and says the deal is off. What authority did the first manager have?? I don’t know but not a good way to handle business this way!!!

My experience was very disappointing.
My experience was very disappointing. During the transaction, I met with the warranty representative and opted out of the service. When reviewing my loan documentation, I learned that Waldorf Toyota add a $6000 warranty package to my my loan against my will and without my consent.
