No pressure sales

The new FX Honda building is amazing as well as the selection of vehicles. I purchased a new Honda CRV from salesman Chris VanBrocklin, he was very easy to deal with and got me a great price on the vehicle as well as a high number for my trade. I will definitely be back to see him when I am ready to buy again as well as recommend him to friends and family!!!

Finally - Honda with a hometown touch

So happy that the Caprara family has brought the Honda franchise back to Watertown! The whole process was amazing, and I love my CR-V! Will Sr was the best salesman to work with ever! FX Honda rocks!

Fair service

After a long absence, yay Honda was back and would save me the 60 mile drive to Syracuse. Well, we will be driving to Syracuse again. First, the service writer tried to up-sell me on a service that isn't due until 60K. All I needed was an oil change and cabin filter. He was constantly interrupting me as I tried to explain what I wanted (not a good way to earn my business). It took almost 2 hours to accomplish this task. The new facility\showroom is very nice, but looks aren't everything.

Worst experience I've ever had

I'd give 0 stars if it was an option. The long awaited return of Honda cars to Watertown. To begin with there were two window stickers in most new vehicles. The second window sticker is $1000 more than the original MSRP sticker on the window (the original stickers are being scraped and replaced with the higher prices). Most vehicles hadn't been run through the shop so virtually nothing worked (radio, lift gate, etc). The sales department is oblivious to the product, although this is forgivable being this a new location. Forget the Honda experience here: Typical high pressure sales tactics from 30 years ago. We were actually asked to provide our social security number with our name and address before we even discussed buying the car. And getting actual numbers from the sales department on what we were buying was let's just say... extraordinarily difficult. Payments only. The salesman answered none of our questions and generally made nonsensical statements. We left after wasting 30 minutes of our time and promptly bought a car elsewhere.
