FX Caprara Honda

I had an initial issue with service. Frankie Caprara jumped right in, called me personally and we got it resolved. I cant say enough good thinks about FX Caprara Honda.

My husband and I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership and have been really happy with them. They are a no-nonsense dealership and have given me great deals. The salesmen are great, Frank and Jen are right there if needed. Caprara family are the best to deal with.

Tried to rip me off on a clean looking used f150 from Canada. Salesman played super friendly but lied about what he thought the Original price was. Check the VIN original price. They are sleazy.

Relatively new building and facility I assume, drove around looking for a Ridgeline , lot is cluttered end to end with literally every make of truck and car on the market .There are Honda vehicles on the lot, but you have to search far and wide. Honda should be ashamed to allow this dealership to exist. The big glossy sign out front says Honda, but that's as far as it goes. The north country deserves better. This mishmashed disaster is a big reason for buying a Honda in central N.Y.

With all the jobs being lost they won't help people that have a rental agreement. Shame on you. My granddaughter signed a rental agreement but her employer was forced to close.

I hate going to dealerships, but this place is an exception. Have had to go here 4-5 times in the last 2 years for 2 of my cars and the service has been fantastic every time. The service department personnel are phenomenal and the repairs spot on perfect. Will be a customer for life if they always have great customer service.

We purchased a new 2016 CRV and couldn't be happier with the salesman Will Farr. he was so helpful, kind and patient and made our car buying experience stress free. we have purchased several vehicles from FX Caprara and have always been treated fantastic. Thanks again for all your help and excellent service from your staff.

We recently bought a new Pilot from FX Caprara Honda. Everything about the experience was exceptional. Low pressure, helpful sales people. A good trade-in on our 13-year old Odyssey. The new car prepped and ready to go the same day. They carefully explained how to use all of the features that were completely new for us. We've been back once to have a CD player installed. Everyone continues to be friendly and helpful. We love the new Pilot. It's stylish and fun to drive. Gets almost 27 mpg on the highway.

The sales process was quick and painless. The hardest part was deciding which color accord I wanted! The staff was great. My first service visit was great. I was in and out pretty quick. Again, the staff was great. Great job FX!

The new FX Honda building is amazing as well as the selection of vehicles. I purchased a new Honda CRV from salesman Chris VanBrocklin, he was very easy to deal with and got me a great price on the vehicle as well as a high number for my trade. I will definitely be back to see him when I am ready to buy again as well as recommend him to friends and family!!!
