⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service at Friendly Acura! I recently brought my 2022 Acura into Friendly Acura after hitting a pothole that caused a flat tire. From the moment I arrived, the service team was professional, helpful, and genuinely caring. The service advisor went above and beyond by helping me file a claim through my tire warranty. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to get most of the cost covered and only had to pay for the labor and a very small amount for the new tire. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. It’s rare to find a dealership that truly advocates for their customers, but Friendly Acura absolutely does. I’m extremely grateful for the honesty, efficiency, and excellent customer service. They were good at following up and help me get into a new car good

The dealership offered transparent pricing and excellent value. The staff was friendly, clean, and knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained and demonstrated the specific issues with the car.

First rate dealership. I have two Acuras from them. A 2017 TLX with 282k miles and a 2025 TLX Type S with 5600 miles. The 282k miles were enabled with the quality service of this dealership. All major maintenance and most minor maintenance were handled by same. New car purchase was seamless. No jerking me around with up charges on the hard to get Type S. So yeah, I want them to continue thriving.
