Ripped OFF

Do not buy a car here!!!!Nothing but lies!! Nothing but trouble. Worst experience of my life. Car was a complete waste of time and money.

Go to any other dealership!

If you want the most unreliable car for the highest price… this is the place for you. They will CON you into buying something you don’t want because “it’s the only car the banks would finance.” With a 800+ credit score, I highly doubt that. Why did I sign those papers? It was the worst mistake I EVER made.

Superior experience

If you're in the market for a used vehicle, Billy Grasso is the absolute best! From finding the right vehicle to financing, he took amazing care of us! I have bought several vehicles from Billy, and refered anyone i knew to stop in to Best Buy Auto sales to stop in and ask for him! 5☆+ Thank you Bill Grasso!!

I no longer bought a car there got on the thruway and the car broke down. Do not buy a car from this place worst place ever

Walk away. Horrible experience.

Horrible experience with 2 salesman there. They do not care to make a sale, One person on the phone was rude, very unprofessional. I was interested in a Vehicle there but as unprofessional as they are it lost a sale for them and i will take my $ elsewhere, they could have a Vehicle priced extremely well and i will still not buy from there. Salesman i spoke with was Bill Stay away.

I went to the Brewerton road location , to look at a car for my daughter . I’m always on guard dealing with car dealers. In my 65 yrs , I have not met a more straight forward , no bs guy . I feel 100 percent ok dealing with Mike . This guy is great ! He doesn’t sugar coat anything and is completely upfront with you. I would highly recommend him to anyone. If they sold new trucks , I’d buy mine there too .

BEWARE!!!!!

Purchased a 2016 Cadillac SRX in august and the check engine light is on and the transmission is slipping, purchased a $$$$ warranty, no information in any of my paperwork on the warranty and no owners manual, called every location before 4 pm, no one answered my call and I have yet to receive a call back from a week ago, worst service I have ever experienced, total slimy experience stay away!!!!!

Excellent Service

Just purchased a car through Bestbuy. Worked with Mark Bell. He was amazing. Did not feel pressured at all. The buying process was quick and he was able to get me a payment that I could afford. Would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a new vehicle!

Unprofessional Sales Rep. Bill Grasso

12 minutes ago I found a vehicle on Carguru it was a 2014 dodge durango. I called and put in the request. Sales Rep. BIll GARUSSO. Alias liar, cheater. He itook my info. And informs me of a soft credit check. Then he asked for a co-payer. Said the same thing soft check. Yeah right. So after all this he tells me the vehicle is in the shop to make sure all was good. After 4 days then tells me it need tires and brakes. So keeps extending the days because they service many cars. I call the service dept. And they inform me that they are repairing the head gasket. 143000 over priced vehicle. So now waiting on a second week I cancel the order. Lo get story short. Guy goes behind my back calls my daughter and made it look like I was cheating my daughter while texting him back and forth. This sales rep is a liar, cheater and will do or say anything to sell u a car. I will never trust this company and still have not received my deposit money he took to save the car from being sold. Be careful doing business with these guys they put in many bank checks and lowered our scores.

Save your money

This is the most untrustworthy and disrespectful to its clients. I’m almost sure each 5 star rating was a paid person or an employee. Ken will run your credit with no approval. Cars are listed on site but are no longer in lot just to get you to come. These cars are straight lemons from auto auctions. They clean them up and sell them, no fixing whatsoever. If you want a good reliable car DO NOT shop here.
