Bought 2 cars and check engine light came right on

Bought 2 cars and check engine light came right on immediately, took in to service and they would tell me it’s all set and check engine light would come right back on within a week . 4 months later car is not drivable and has so many issues and they said it’s nothing they can do for me . Terrible place to buy car from .

Smitty has always been helpful and is always nice.

Smitty has always been helpful and is always nice. They have never let me down. Always taking care of my car and Smitty has given me helpful advice on fluids and maintaining my vehicle.this is the shop to go to.i had purchased my first car here. They were very professional, took care of all maintenance needs up and down a great place to get a car and a service department to back it up.five star.😁. Also every time I have a concern or think something is wrong, they have always had my back .go here if u want no issues.

Will tell you anything for a sale

I buy a car they said it had a 3 year warranty. It does not its a 125,000 mile warranty and the car already had 100,000 mile warranty. They charged for deluxe warranty and gave me a step down, and said hey yeah we know we charged you for a deluxe warranty but did paperwork for a lesser warranty so yeah our bad but your xxxxed even though you paid for deluxe. Also my mechanic said they used the lowest end parts for what they did, before i bought However they charged the warranty company for brand new high end parts, and pocket the difference.

Painful experience

I would rather get my teeth pulled then have to ever deal with this place again. Horrible experience doesn’t even describe what we went through with these people.

Great Experience

If you want to buy a car, I recommend Best Buy Auto Sales on Church Street in Syracuse. Ask for Kori Palmer; he is the best!! Kori helped me buy my Ford Escape. He is extremely friendly, professional, and, most importantly, honest and sincere. He was incredibly patient, explained everything about the car, and made the process smooth and easy. I never felt pressured to make a decision. He still responds when I have a random question months after I bought my car. Kori goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible.

Nothing but trouble/thieves

I bought a Ford escape the first week the rack and pinion steering went then the engine light continue to go on for two months I was told nothing but lies during the whole process it was the worst experience of my life

Ripped OFF

Do not buy a car here!!!!Nothing but lies!! Nothing but trouble. Worst experience of my life. Car was a complete waste of time and money.

Go to any other dealership!

If you want the most unreliable car for the highest price… this is the place for you. They will CON you into buying something you don’t want because “it’s the only car the banks would finance.” With a 800+ credit score, I highly doubt that. Why did I sign those papers? It was the worst mistake I EVER made.

Superior experience

If you're in the market for a used vehicle, Billy Grasso is the absolute best! From finding the right vehicle to financing, he took amazing care of us!
