Recently bought an Audi SQ5 from Audi in Hunt Valley. David Kuchta made the experience enjoyable. He was friendly and knowledgable. Car was well taken care of and picking it up was seamless.

Samuel, thank you for your kind words and this wonderful review! Drive safe, and we'll see you on the road.
So, I know better than to purchase a new vehicle when the manufacturer makes major modifications to an existing model but bought the newly revamped (at least its' electronics) Q5. Before 3000 miles, had significant issues with the MMI. Brought the vehicle to the local dealership and was informed that the software required a significant update. The service advisor at Audi Hunt Valley is among the best I've ever encountered! Kept me apprised of vehicle status and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Jordan!

Hi Michael, we set high expectations for ourselves so it’s gratifying to hear you had a great experience with us. Don't hesitate to call us if you ever need anything. Be safe on the road!
Found the car I wanted to buy in the hands of Audi Hunt Valley. I messaged them right away and they got back to me immediately. Melvin guided me through the process over email and a few calls while I prepared to visit and test drive the used BMW 430i XDrive Gran Coupe. He went above and beyond to work with me and we made a deal that was a win-win for them and I. I would recommend them and perhaps in the future (don?t anticipate needing to any time soon) I would visit and look to them for my next car.

Hi Gregory, we're happy you found our staff to be so supportive during your experience here at Audi Hunt Valley. If you ever need help, just give us a call. Happy motoring!
Avoid this place at all costs. My experience was shockingly bad from start to finish. I first bought a used car here. The transaction itself was mostly fine, but the constant pressure to buy extended warranties and maintenance plans was exhausting. I repeatedly said no, and they kept pushing. After the sale, they gave me only one key and told me a spare would cost $1,000. They also failed to provide the wheel lock key—something I only discovered months later on the side of the road. They also never notified me when my plates arrived. I had to call them just before my temporary tags expired, and who knows how long the plates had been sitting there. Despite all of this, I made the mistake of returning a few weeks later to buy a new car, thinking they might treat a recent repeat customer better. They didn’t. The initial price was insultingly high, and while I talked them down somewhat and had unnecessary warranties removed (which were added by default), I still didn’t get a fair deal. I take responsibility for not haggling harder, but the process was unpleasant and misleading. During the signing process, I once again had to repeatedly shut down attempts to upsell warranties and maintenance packages. Even after that, those warranties were added back in without my consent. When I noticed and objected, I was told it was “too late” to remove them. That’s a classic bait-and-switch. As I drove off the lot in my brand-new S5, the dashboard immediately lit up with warning lights. When I brought it to their attention, they dismissed it as normal and said it would go away. It didn’t. When I returned the next day, they simply cleared the warnings and speculated it might be a bad battery, clearly without properly diagnosing the issue. While there, I asked about the front license plate mount, which hadn’t been installed despite Maryland requiring front plates. I was told the part would be ordered and I’d be contacted when my plates arrived. I brought the car back again for the same warning issues and was refused service. They said they didn’t have time to look at it, wouldn’t let me leave the car without a loaner, and wouldn’t shuttle me home because I lived outside their shuttle radius. I eventually gave up and took the car to Audi Annapolis instead. They were professional and actually took the time to diagnose the problem, but the car was there for weeks. At that point, I was likely in lemon law territory. When I contacted Audi Hunt Valley for help, they washed their hands of the situation and told me to deal directly with Audi of North America. Two months later, when I finally got the car back, my temporary tags had expired—again because Audi Hunt Valley never notified me that my permanent plates were ready. When I went to pick them up, they wouldn’t even install them. I had to put them on myself in the rain. When I asked yet again about the front plate mount, they suggested I drill directly into the bumper. I now have a $70,000 car with barely 600 miles on it that I’ve owned for over three months. I’m hoping Audi buys it back and that I don’t have to involve lawyers. Do yourself a favor: don’t buy an Audi here.
