One of the most daunting tasks that will confront all of us is purchasing a new Automobile and finding a Good Dealership, especially one who specializes in Mini Coopers. This is an excellent company to purchase new or used vehicles. They provided Honest and Reliable services before and after the sale. When it comes to service Erica, our service advisor always explains all aspects of the work required in detail in terms that can be easily understood. All work has always been done in a timely manner and the technicians are excellent. Sales, service and finance were handled and resolved in a manner consistent to the finest in customer care and appreciation. The full staff exhibits the best in customer care “totally awesome”. You are treated not just as a client but as a friend.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Max White. He has been of immeasurable assistance all the time I have dealt with him and have no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking to purchase a BMW. Extremely pleased with the service he and the Momentum team have provided me over the years.

George seemed primarily focused on making the sale. Communication was responsive while we were in the buying process, but once the purchase was finalized, it became very difficult to get any updates. We had to repeatedly reach out to management just to get information. After purchasing the vehicle, it needed repairs, so the dealership kept it to complete the work. Unfortunately, nothing appeared to move forward. When I contacted the dealership for an update, the manager was unaware the vehicle was even there. That lack of communication and follow-through was extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would recommend working with someone other than George.

Arthur White and the Guys at momentum BMW were truly first class. I’ve been driving a Mercedes since I was 19, I’m now 34 and needless to say I’ve being missing out on Real Luxury & First Class Service. Everything from start to finish was SEAMLESS. I didn’t feel any forms of pressure and they really helped me get the best rate I possibly could. My Best vehicle purchase experience by far! Whatever they paying you guys they need to double it lol.
