Easy to make appointments and receive car loaner. Also like the video that shows what needs to be repaired is very helpful along with breakdown of all costs for recommended fixes.

My wife and I had a great experience with Lexus of Wichita - Walser Group. Thanks to Rosalie Isern who took care of the sale. She walked us through the steps of buying a car online, which we've never done before. She answered all our questions and provided great information regarding the vehicle as well as optional packages for extended protections. She made extra efforts to get us the best deal. After she explained the shipping process, we opted to have the car shipped to us. Rosalie made the whole thing seamless and within a few days from initial contact we took delivery of a beautiful Lexus. Thank you again Rosalie, my wife loves her new car!!

Vy, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and sent me frequent emails or calls. The service department checked out the car and made several repairs at their expense. The car was shipped to the Atlanta area in just two days. It was nice dealing with a respected Lexus dealership.
