Interaction with staff was great appointment was honored work performed as requested Shann and Kim were great. Vehicle was ready and oil info etc was reset great job. Only negative was oil residue left in vehicle and on hood armrest and console had oil from tech

Well I came into have service done on my truck they did fix problem correctly and did as reasonable amount of time. Took care of me in every way they could I been to other dealership service center they stripped my oil plug. I would definitely go back again

Oil Change and Inspection. Very quick and convenient. I will go again for everything. I planned on a few more hours, but they got me in and out very quickly.

I wasn?t to thrilled they sold me a truck with a bed liner in it but then told me if I wanted to keep it I had to pay extra for it. If that is the truck you sold me then that should have been discussed before I finalized everything. Especially being the general manager of the dealership who tells me it?s going to cost him money to remove it how about I charge you to keep it. In all honesty that bed liner shouldn?t break the bank.

Poor communication on behalf on the service department. Repairs were done without contacting me with a quote or pricing of services or parts required for vehicle.

Took my car for inspection. The guy who helped me was great but the people there were not very helpful. Waited about 15 mins before anyone even acknowledged that I was there.

A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Andrew kept me informed every step of the way so I didn?t have to spent a ton of time in the dealership. Finance manager was excellent as well explaining everything and going over all of my options. Love my new ride.

Vince explained everything in an understanding manner. The part is a recall. They don't have car loaners so I have to take my vehicle back to have it service.
