Reliable, trustworthy seamless buying experience. I had just gone through 3 terrible car shopping experiences with dealerships that employ the bait and switch tactic, were generally dishonest, and tried to push inventory that I had no interest in. Island Toyota was the polar opposite experience. No xx, no trickery, just straight shooters who made the buying experience enjoyable and trustworthy. The staff was incredibly professional. Thank you to Vincent Caravella and Trudi Hinds for helping my family find our car. This is the second site I visited to write a review because they deserve it.

Car was serviced quickly and courteously. Was also cleaned up nicely too! All staff very efficient and respectful.

On 8/16/2021 while my car was being serviced I came across island toyota dealership. I was thinking about upgrading to an suv or a top trim luxury vehicle. While browsing around I came across an avalon I liked and I fell in love. I even thought about test driving it and buying it that same day! Then I was approached by a salesman by the name of baha. I thought he would've assisted me in narrowing down my choice. Instead he was very dismmive and he even referred me to the used car lot across the street. I then asked him if I could look at a rav 4. he told me without hesitation there were none in stock. As I'm about to exit the dealership I see a RAV 4 right there on the show room floor! While I'm checking out the rav 4 baha is watching my every move and he's not being helpful at all. At this point I'm feeling harassed. This was by far my worst experience shopping for a car ever! If they had better attitude's/customer service at island toyota I would've purchased the vehicle the same day!!!!! I left convinced if you're not of a certain pigmentation/skin tone you're not entitled to customer service at ISLAND TOYOTA. IM APPALLED! VERY DISGRACEFUL!

Just bought my 4th car in 2 years from island Toyota! If you want a stress free buying experience this is the place to go. There’s no pressure from the salesperson, and everyone is super helpful. The best part is how there are absolutely no sneaky dealer fees. All you pay is the advertised price, $75 admin fee and whatever tax and registration fee. Everyone is looking to just make your experience as easy as possible. My experience with the service department was similar. Just a very honest business Wuhoo

Everything went well and there was no issue , when I got back by the time given, my car was already ready.

the lounge area is very comfortable they have coffee bagels and tv that makes the wait a little easier and the shuttle

The sales personnel’s that I came in contact with have a very high level of professionalism. They were very welcoming and friendly.
