I went into this dealership already having the idea of coming out with a new car. I was a little hesitant going in and having the thought of a possibility to walk back out with nothing but Christian said not so fast! He executed his technique to perfection! Really cooperated with me and is absolutely very knowledgeable about his work. Will definitely be sending some people to Honda Schaumburg due to Christian’s professionalism. Go in there and look for him. He’s the guy you want!

Very poor service. Untrustworthy service rep. Management was hard to get in touch with and did not listen or take my matter seriously. Don?t not recommend at all.

They found a puncture in a tire. It needed to be replaced, so it was replaced. It was a good job the same tire as the others.

We had an excellent experience working with David M! He is knowledgeable about the different Crv models we wanted to test drive and compare. Schaumburg Honda's wide inventory of the various models also helped us make our decision. David went above and beyond when it came showing us all the unique features of the vehicles. He also made trading in our Honda Civic and switching our plates an easy and painless experience.

Three transmissions later they replaced the trans under warranty two times from Honda supposedly the mechanic messed up the first one he put in and they had to put a second one in so they charged Honda twice for warranty this third time which is 17,000 miles later they're telling me it's not under warranty and they want to charge my daughter a grand I got very upset they put a do not trespass on me I end up taking it to a transmission place $400 later two quarts on fluid low a seal that was making it leak the fluid out this is what they were telling us on the 1st transmission was something was leaking was probably this the whole time flush the trans new seal $400 later all fixed this place is a disgrace especially the service manager Omar.

Disappointing! This is my first service experience with Schaumburg Honda Auto. However I have over 25 years of service experience with Honda Motorcycle Service Centers - Across the country that service has been outstanding ? I feel Honda Motorcycles has my back. Here at Schaumburg Honda Auto not at all! I recently purchased a 2025 Honda Accord and ordered a dimming mirror with Homelink from Honda. On March 6th I was notified that the part arrived and that same day made an installation appointment. The appointment was for noon, then for two hours I waited for my car to be serviced. The job was estimated for an hour. Bob Ott was the Service Advisor, and he did apologize for the delay. After the signing of payment paper work - I was advised that my car is waiting in the inside parking area. The mirror was installed however no further advisement on the proper operation of the mirror or was there the old mirror or the box from the new mirror or the instruction sheet that came with my order. Strange, since all the service with Honda Motorcycles they have always provided the container and any documents that came with the accessory and the replaced part and advisement on how the use the new accessory. I went back to Mr. Ott for more details on the proper operation of the Homelink mirror and for another 15 ? 20 mins a tech searched the internet for the operating steps ? which I found out once I arrived home and tried them, were not the proper steps for the Homelink application. Since then I have made numerous call to service for needed follow up that the mirror is not working properly. I was provided a link to Homelink page, By Omar, for the proper set up and operation of the Homelink application. I tried those steps and the mirror is not registering the garage opener ? tried a few times. Also did my own investigating and found a video on the exact mirror being installed and operated on a 2025 Honda vehicle ? I followed those steps and still the mirror Homelink application is not functioning. Since that time, l have called service with no further call back from Schaumburg Honda Auto. Disappointing service for a brand new Honda auto.
