I had no communication from the dealership, unless I called and asked for an update I would go 2 to 3 weeks without anything from them. My vehicle was there from the middle of January until just this week for the first two weeks I had to rent a car that cost me over $1500. Fortunately, they were able to give me a loaner car after that. When I pick my car up it was so filthy from sitting outside for three months that I could barely see to drive it home. The least I could’ve done was sprayed it off with a water hose.

They received my car quickly, but it took me about 2 hours to get it back. I think that was too long, but I kept myself entertained eating popcorn and looking at my phone.
